Voice Operator Panel
This softphone is great for answering a high volume of calls. Teo’s Voice Operator Panel integrates natively with Outlook contacts, LDAP directories, XMPP, MSN, and CRM application. The Voice Operator Panel can be used as a standalone softphone utilizing computer peripheral speakers and microphones, Bluetooth wireless headsets, or can be connected to an analog or Teo VoIP phone to handle calls.
The Teo CRM connector allows seam less integration of your CRM application with the capabilities of the Teo Unified Communications System. This allows for increased productivity where there is substantial inbound or outbound calling and record keeping managed in your CRM. When a CRM connector is enabled on a user’s extension, inbound Caller ID information is used to create screen pops for contact records associated with that Caller ID. Users can also click to dial inside their CRM and be connected via their PC Softphones or desk phones so there is no need to manually dial.
